Wheels and tyres

Breaking a plastic wheel means buying a whole set of wheels which there is always the possibilty that they are out or round
Pick which best suits

I think this may be a non necessary cost that others (including me) don't wanna spend. Why spend money on wheels when that could buy a car?

I won't be changing any plastic hubs that are currently OK but if they fail it would be nice to have the option of using something better to avoid future failures, maybe allow for rear wheels only at this stage to stop people getting carried away. Besides as it has previously been stated SCX alloy hubs are only $7 a pair which is sometimes cheaper than the plastic ones.

again i only voted for the middle one on the basis we set up specific rules /brands for alloy wheels. We cannot afford having a perception that one does better than the other becaue they are using a more expensive brand.
Having said that, if you buy a tyre truer then you dont need to changes any plastic wheels as once you have trued and glued there are no more problems.
