i would rather race knowing my car was OK before i started , rather than after i started and finished. At least this way someone gets a chance to repair errors. I do notice we did no scrutineering last round, so is it really that important. Perhaps we should just use a speed checker and dont worry about anything else???
With the group as it is, I don't have any issues with scrutineering... I mean, no one's winning by 5 laps in a 3 min heat, and the quick guys are always the same quick guys, and they're always winning by the same margin... usually a lap between the top 3 or so... so I doubt anyone's cheating.
I may be gullable, but I do trust the blokes I'm racing with.
I raised the issue at Ged's of finishing 5th... and what if the bloke in 4th has an illegal car etc, but really, I'm in it for the fun more than the results... so I'm happy to race and if there's an issue, open up the suss cars....

At the moment I think this statement is central to the way most of us view V32 we know some of us can set up cars and some of us can't I trust the people I race with and that is good enough for me

In saying that, it's more reason for fixit night's/arvo's so no-one is turning up with an unprepared car..
