WTCC type cars

Plenty of models out there, SCX, Scalextric etc.  Cars would be quite diffrent to V8s as most would be based round small sedans which actually goes to make good racing especially SCX versions

I was in the middle of doing one ( thanks chris) but got side tracked by Jim Berry doing my head head with his track problems

With a 66.7% yes vote, whatever happened to this class?

I'll stand (with controller in hand!) to be corrected but didn't it get traded off against the LMP and lose out?

I got one of the Scale BMW's and the bugger flies!, also have a couple of SCX in the class and equally they perform very well..............

Would be a great class to run.........?

New classes for 2009 - winners
The following classes were successful

Classic 50s 60s GT type sports cars 92%

WTCC type cars 68%

NASCARS (SCX) 69%

LMP 92%

DTM just failed to make it - the others were nowhere near getting up

At the time NASCARS had the vote ( just ) however since then a couple more votes went it which changed the score slightly in favour of the WTCC class.

However IMHO as the NASCAR class will be SCX based it gives a good spread of all makers in the classes.

Am quite willing to drop SLOT IT in favour of WTCC cars - any takers

i would be willing to swap slot it, as most if not all tracks next year are small ish and probably not suited for slot it
